MUST Username Change Required Starting April 9 2025.

All users will be prompted to update their username (and password) after logging in the MUST Safety Program.

Dear MUST Affiliate:

As we move toward the Holidays, we wanted to reach out early to let you know that the MUST Safety Program office will be closed beginning on Tuesday, Dec 23 at 4pm and will reopen on Monday Jan 5 at 7:30am.

The MUST Safety Program system will remain open and operational through www.mustbsafe.com portal for the taking of Safety Modules, Ordering Drug Screening, BAT testing or finding collection sites as normal.

Resources that support users experience like how to log in, forgot username and password and other operational items are always listed on the site.

Anyone with emergency issues while the office is closed for the holiday break should email Wendy Richardson, MUST Safety Program Manager at wrichardson@mustonline.org.
